Bearway to Heaven comfortably sleeps 6, featuring a king bedroom and full bath on the main floor, complete with a luxurious jacuzzi tub, and an additional king bedroom and full bath upstairs. The vaulted living room, adorned with a cozy stone gas fireplace, flows seamlessly into the full kitchen and dining area, creating a warm, inviting space. Upstairs, a loft game room awaits with a pool table and arcade game, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
After a day of hiking, relax in the private hot tub or enjoy the sunset on the upstairs patio, where expansive Smoky views of Pigeon Forge await.

THE BASICS:
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
*Pets are NOT allowed in our properties.
Do Not Arrive to property prior to your approved check-in time.
No smoking, house parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments! If your booking is less than 120 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be 75% due at time of the booking instead of what s listed below. If booking within less than 60 days of your stay, payment is due in full at time of booking. We are happy to consider alternative payment plans. CANCELLATION POLICY:
We recognize that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have designed our cancellation and travel credit policy to offer you flexibility and peace of mind. For more information on our cancellation policy, please click here. To further ease your travel concerns, we provide the option to add travel insurance at the time of booking.
GUEST COMMUNICATION:
Guests receive a booking confirmation text message that includes a reservation rental agreement for review and signature. Once the rental agreement has been submitted guests will be directed to a Welcome Book complete with important check-in details, cabin information and noteworthy local attractions. The Welcome Book will be resent via text message and email 24-hours prior to arrival.
SUPPLY STARTER KIT:
Our Starter Kit includes 2 rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, dish soap, a small pack of coffee, laundry detergent, hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. It is just enough to get you started, so you can relax first and visit the store later!
